Terms of Service

1. The Service

ClipCaster ("the Service", "we", "us") is an automated, AI-assisted tool available at https://clipcaster.app. You submit a podcast or video transcript that you paste in; the Service uses this to produce suggested short-form clip moments with timestamps, social media post drafts, and a newsletter paragraph. The Service is provided on an as-is, as-available basis, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

2. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. You agree not to use the Service to submit unlawful content, content you do not have the right to share, or content that infringes another person's rights, and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service.

3. Payment

The first clip moment is free. Unlocking the full set of results for that episode — all timestamps, ready-to-post content for X/Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram, and the email newsletter paragraph — costs a one-time payment (currently $19) per episode. This is a single, non-recurring purchase: you are not enrolled in a subscription and there is no automatic renewal or ongoing charge. You will only be charged again if you submit another transcript and choose to unlock its results. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Prices are shown in USD at checkout regardless of any other currency referenced on the page. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

4. Output accuracy

Output is generated by a third-party AI model and may be incomplete, contain errors, or omit relevant items. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on it or acting on it.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClipCaster and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Effective" date above will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
